• Provide the ultimate flexibility and versatility, easily changing between a Heated
Shelf and Cold Shelf (and vice versa) to cater to different food products and day parts.
Transfertime between modes is approximately 30 minutes.
• Patented thermal break reduces condensation and temperature transfer.
• Ability to pull out the condensing unit results in easy service and installation.
• Hardcoat aluminum models (HCSBF) are top mount while simulated stone models
(HCSSBF, HCSSB) are bottom mount, flush with the countertop.
• Additional models are available with a remote-mounted condensing unit and control
panel (HCSBFR, HCSSBR, HCSSBFR series) or only a remote-mounted control
panel (HCSBFX, HCSSBX, HCSSBFX series) for increased installation flexibility.
